Careers
A family culture where people stay for decades and grow into leadership, with the technology to make every role, from the cab of a truck to a national account, more productive and more rewarding.
Our culture
Many of our people have spent their entire careers in the Egan culture, which is unusual in any industry. The Egan family treats employees, customers, and suppliers as extended family, and that shows up in how long people stay and how far they go.
Long tenures are the norm here, not the exception. You learn from colleagues who have done the job for decades.
We promote from within. Drivers, warehouse associates, customer service, and sales reps grow into leads, managers, and leadership.
Everyone goes home to their family in the same condition they arrived at work. It is our top priority.
The stability of Atlas Holdings and a leadership team with more than 100 years of combined experience.

Meet Brenden
Brenden Noesges joined the Egan family of companies in 2013, straight out of Rider University, where he earned a BBA in Finance and played Division I soccer. He started as an account executive, built a successful book of business in beverage, and today is Vice President of Packaging Sales at Packaging Exchange.
More than a decade in the Egan culture has shaped how he sells and who he is: long-term relationships, doing right by the customer, and a team that invests in its people. He has grown as a seller, as a professional, and as a person, which is the path we want for everyone who joins us.
For packaging sales professionals
If you are a pure seller, on national accounts or a territory, this is the platform you have been waiting for. We take the busywork off your plate so your week goes to customers, and your commission check shows it.
Sales reps spend only about 28% of their week actually selling (Salesforce, State of Sales).
AI builds your market map before you make a call: who is in each vertical, what they run, and where the packaging spend is.
Qualified leads flow into your pipeline and activity is logged for you. No arduous CRM data entry.
Walk in with the most advanced presentation in the industry: the customer’s own total cost of packaging, quantified.
Substrate-neutral sourcing, the best products and service, and the buying power to be the most competitive on total cost of ownership.
Onboarding, artwork, item setup, kitting, engineering, and delivery are run by our teams, so you stay in front of the next account.
The AI lead map
Every dot is a lead our AI generated: a business in your territory that fits the segments we win in, scored by how likely it is to buy. Click any dot to open the account, see why it was flagged, and move it into your pipeline in one click. No list buying, no cold research, no data entry.

Interactive sample. Company names, contacts, and phone numbers are fictional; each rep’s real map is built for their territory.

The selling analyst
Imagine walking into every meeting with advanced AI and PackageIQ behind you. You show up with the customer’s own specs analyzed, engineering ideas ready, and the total cost of their packaging quantified. You are not another rep with a price sheet. You are their packaging analyst.
Now imagine the value you create when that insight is paired with real relationships. That combination, people customers trust and the most advanced technology in the packaging industry, is how our sellers win and keep accounts.
Open roles
Current openings are below. Strong sellers and operators are always welcome to reach out, even if your role is not listed.

We are seeking a local CDL Class A or B driver to join our team. You will be responsible for safely operating a straight truck.
Proven packaging or industrial sellers who want a platform built around selling: AI-generated leads, an automated pipeline, PackageIQ presentations, and a team that handles everything after the signature.
