Is Packaging Exchange a broker, distributor, or manufacturer?

We are a full-service packaging solutions provider. At Packaging Exchange, we design, purchase, stock, kit, fulfill, deliver, and bill packaging products for our clients. Our services are tailored to meet your exact needs - in the format, timing, and specifications you require. We don't just sell boxes; we manage the entire packaging supply chain for you.

Does Packaging Exchange operate its own warehouses and delivery trucks?

Yes. All Packaging Exchange warehouses and trucks are leased and operated directly by Packaging Exchange employees. This approach ensures full control over quality, service levels, and operational consistency. Our structure is made possible by utilizing Oracle's cloud-based, distribution-specific ERP NetSuite® that connects the whole business in real time.

Does Packaging Exchange only supply corrugated packaging products?

No. While we are experts in corrugated packaging, we also design, source, stock, and deliver a full range of packaging products across all substrates. Our non-corrugated offerings include flexible packaging, beverage packaging, cold chain packaging, and resin-based materials, among others. We are a complete solution for all your packaging needs.

Does Packaging Exchange sell from a set catalog of products?

No, we don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach. Over 90% of our customers have fully reimagined, customized packaging solutions. This includes custom sizes, custom prints, and a custom service model - from how you order, to how we fulfill and deliver, to how we bill. Your packaging solution is uniquely designed and delivered for you

Can customers track their Packaging Exchange orders online, and what are the delivery time frames?

Yes! We provide all customers with access to their custom product catalog as well as real-time order and invoice status online. You can receive a digital photo of the delivery at your dock within seconds after completion. Delivery time frames are customized based on your service program - many of our clients benefit from next-day deliveries from our network of warehouses. More customized delivery solutions, including same-day deliveries, can be designed to fit your needs.
